General Conditions

Bucafrukty specializes in the wholesale sale of dried fruits and offers both domestic and international shipping. Our shipments comply with Incoterm CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), meaning that Bucafrukty covers the costs of transportation and insurance until the goods arrive at the designated port of destination. 

Destinations

We ship our products internationally. Customers are responsible for verifying the import regulations in their country before placing an order. 

 Timeframes

• Domestic shipments: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

• International shipments: Estimated delivery within 15-30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Costs

• Under the CIF Incoterm, Bucafrukty covers the cost of freight and insurance up to the destination port.

• Any additional costs, such as customs duties, import taxes, or storage fees, must be covered by the buyer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information.

Customs and import regulations

Bucafrukty is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. Buyers must comply with their local import regulations.

Order Issues and Claims

• If the shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, customers should contact us at info@bucafrukty.com.

• If the order arrives damaged or is missing items, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
